These terms cover Angry Math, made by Kin Lab. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

License

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the Apple agreement prevails.

Using the game

Play for fun. Do not cheat the leaderboards, tamper with the app or reverse-engineer it. Game Center is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's terms.

Purchases

The Support purchase is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks extra looks and app icons. It is billed by Apple, can be restored with Restore purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account, and refunds are handled by Apple.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Kin Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
